This is my first time trying Colombian food. To my surprise, great quality ingredients and very delicious. I love the portions. Not too big, not too little. I order Carne Adana plate. It came with salad, plantain, rice and beans. Very impressed how quickly the food came out. Highly recommended!! Tip: Make sure to find parking on the street. There's plenty of parking but the streets are really weird so give yourself enough time to park.
La Esquina queda en frente de la estación Beachmont de la Línea Azul. De una manzana se ole los sabores ricos del restaurante. Adentro, el espacio de unas 7 mesas es limpiecito y soleado. El restaurante tiene buen ambiente: muchos clientes entran y salen, conversando con otros clientes; varias meseras atienden a los comensales; las cocineras ríen al cocinar; y la dueña supervisa todo. Comí una empanada, una bolsita crujiente sin una gota de grasa, rellena de papas y pollo húmedos. Yesica me explicó el menú del día. Me sirvieron una olla de sopa espesa y rica con trozos de carne y cubos de papa. El plato consistió de media pechuga de pollo a la parilla, un montón de arroz, y un maduro. La cuenta: $10 más una tarifa de servicio de 40 cents. Claro que le di una propina.
All delicious! First appetizer: fried cheese with pineapple sauce and a little cinnamon, second appetizer: fried green plantains with avocado sauce, tomato sauce and onion, bacon and chorizo. After these everything else extremely tasty.
Delicious!!! the food is amazing especially for the price everything taste so fresh and full of flavor. It could use a little more salt for my taste but definitely worth going. All the workers are pretty nice and welcoming. the buñuelos are huge and fluffy and the empanadas are fantastic (a little on the smaller side)
